Subscription and company workspace
A Sharpley Pro subscription provides access to one company workspace with the features shown for the selected subscription. The account owner is responsible for the workspace, its authorized users and all activity performed through those accounts.
Authorized users
Unlimited users may be added under the current $199.00 monthly offer. Each person must use their own login. Accounts and invitations may not be sold, shared outside the subscribing company, used to operate unrelated companies or used to bypass subscription requirements.
Customer data and lawful use
Customers retain responsibility for the information they enter and represent that they have permission to use it. Sharpley may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious or unauthorized activity or to access another company’s workspace.
Free trial, billing, renewals and taxes
Eligible new subscriptions include the 30 day free trial shown at checkout. A valid payment method is required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected paid subscription begins automatically and Stripe charges the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions then renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. Customers are responsible for accurate billing information and applicable taxes. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Estimates, invoices, payments, routes, budgets and analytics
Sharpley provides business tools, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, engineering or navigation advice. Customers must review documents, prices, taxes, routes, job costs, schedules and reports before relying on or sending them. Businesses that enable Stripe invoice payments are responsible for their connected Stripe account, customer charges, refunds, disputes, taxes, payout eligibility and compliance with Stripe’s terms. Mapping results depend on the addresses and external map services supplied.
Availability and product changes
Sharpley works to provide reliable access but does not promise uninterrupted service without errors. Features may be improved, changed, suspended or replaced to maintain security, compliance or product quality. Material subscription changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.
Account suspension and restoration
Access may be suspended for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, abuse or material violation of these terms. A workspace suspended for billing remains retained for at least 12 months. Restoring an eligible subscription reconnects the same retained company workspace. Account owners may request assistance, an export or deletion through Support.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharpley is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or lost profit damages arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
